About the Role

The Senior Analyst, Partnership Marketing will lead end-to-end digital engagement strategy and execution across Email, Direct Mail, Paid Media, Amex.com, and the Amex App to elevate the Premium Small Business Card Member experience. This role focuses on executing a cohesive engagement strategy for marquee embedded benefit partners, driving enrollments and ensuring customers leverage benefits optimally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end digital engagement strategy and execution across Email, Direct Mail, Paid Media, Amex.com, and the Amex App.
  • Execute a cohesive engagement strategy focused on marquee embedded benefit partners.
  • Develop and execute an ongoing test & learn agenda that drives enrollments and helps customers take advantage of partner benefits.
  • Execute marketing for new partner benefit launches.
  • Deliver on contractual commitments.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Legal, Compliance, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and agency teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Support go-to-market launches with precision and impact.
