  • Run sell-side M&A execution day-to-day, including workplan ownership, diligence coordination, buyer list development, outreach strategy, process management, and timeline control
  • Operate effectively in lean deal teams, providing hands-on leadership across deliverables while ensuring consistently high-quality, client-ready output
  • Coach and develop Analysts and Associates by setting clear workstreams, providing actionable feedback, and deploying team capacity efficiently

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading day-to-day execution on M&A and/or financing transactions
  • Experience training and developing junior bankers
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity
  • Very strong quantitative and analytical skills (including Excel modeling and valuation work)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines; aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and develop practical solutions
  • Adaptability; able to manage projects independently and assume a high level of responsibility as a member of a team
  • Ability to comfortably interact with clients in a professional and mature manner
  • Excellent understanding of financial, legal, and reputational risks facing large integrated investment banks in today’s environment
  • Significant experience executing sell-side M&A processes end-to-end, including diligence coordination, management preparation, targeted buyer outreach strategy, and negotiation support
  • Experience advising family-owned/founder-led and/or sponsor-backed companies; comfort navigating multiple stakeholder dynamics
