About the Role

Fleet Data Center is seeking a Data Center Integrated Master Scheduler responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed project schedules for data center campus infrastructure deployments in North America, ensuring accurate planning and sequencing across all project phases. This role collaborates with various teams to provide timeline visibility, identify risks, and support on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update detailed schedules for design, procurement, construction, and commissioning using MS Project or Primavera P6.
  • Track progress, analyze variances, and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting critical path activities and recommending corrective actions.
  • Identify schedule risks and collaborate with project teams to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure alignment on timelines and dependencies.
  • Support the development of scheduling standards, templates, and best practices.
  • Monitor progress against the baseline schedule and generate regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Utilize the Critical Path Method (CPM) to identify task dependencies and the critical sequence of activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 5–10 years of experience in scheduling for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
  • Knowledge of CPM and ability to read construction documents.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and critical path methodology.
  • Ability to analyze schedule data and communicate findings clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Analytical mindset for identifying risks and optimizing schedules.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • $120,000 - $150,000 Salary + Discretionary Bonus
