About the Role
Mace is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to manage planning and schedule management for complex construction building projects across various markets. The role involves ownership of project and tender programs, collaboration with project leadership and clients, and leading a team of planners to ensure efficient, controlled, and commercially successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Direct planning and scheduling across projects and tenders.
- Develop and manage integrated programmes using industry-standard tools.
- Apply project controls and earned value management (EVM).
- Provide clear analysis, insights, and recovery strategies to stakeholders.
- Direct, mentor, and develop planning teams.
- Support net zero objectives through proactive carbon management.
Requirements
- Strong experience in planning within construction and Property related sectors.
- Excellent knowledge of planning tools and project controls.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder influence.
- Experience leading or mentoring planners.
