  • Identify and establish relationships with appropriate stakeholders at all levels.
  • Escalate risks to appropriate authorities or bodies and ensure they are appropriately assigned and managed.
  • Contribute to the development of repeatable and sustainable processes for continuous service and process improvement, ensuring processes are followed and outcomes and learnings are shared.
  • Embody TELUS Health's 'Customers First' program values to deliver safe and positive experiences for external clients and internal collaborators.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated technical security experience in IT infrastructure, applications, and networks, ideally in a consulting or assurance role.
  • Experience with compliance policies, standards, and guidelines in privacy and technical security.
  • Solid experience applying foundational technical security standards from internal and external sources to ensure security throughout the product and service lifecycle for businesses and individuals.
  • Demonstrated experience with security control frameworks such as ISO27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
  • Demonstrated experience in assessing systems and evidence against control systems.
