About the Role
PwC's Oracle HCM team is expanding, seeking experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud consultants to join our established and growing team. We use Oracle Cloud technology as a catalyst for broader business transformation, helping clients unlock value and reimagine what's possible.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Recruiting Cloud workstreams from discovery through design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Lead client workshops focused on recruitment process transformation and Oracle Recruiting Cloud best practices.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Technology teams.
- Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
- Delegate tasks, coach junior team members, and create development opportunities.
- Support presales activities, proposals, and client pursuits.
- Lead or contribute to collaborative and diverse teams, maintaining an inclusive and high-performing culture.
- Use feedback and reflection for self-development and team development.
Requirements
- Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC) and NATO clearance.
- Full lifecycle experience of at least two Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Significant Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience.
- Demonstrable experience in presales and proposal development, requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis, solution design and functional configuration, recruitment process transformation, workshop leadership, testing strategy and deployment management, Oracle AI Agents, and training and knowledge transfer.
- Consulting capability in stakeholder management at senior levels, building trusted client relationships, managing programme risks and dependencies, coaching and developing teams, and contributing to business growth activities.
