About the Role
Join our Oracle Consulting services team as a leader in Oracle ERP Cloud technology. You will help clients build their digital enterprise on the cloud, transform business functions, and achieve maximum value through Managed Cloud Services. You will play key roles on client engagements, contribute to new opportunities, and foster knowledge sharing and people development within a team recognized as a leader by Gartner and IDC Marketspace.
Responsibilities
- Lead or provide key support to the Record to Report (R2R) and Leasing workstream for large client programs focused on Oracle ERP Cloud technology.
- Lead junior consultants and offshore resources in a distributed delivery model for solution design through deployment.
- Guide clients through the design, implementation, testing, and support of Oracle Cloud as a workstream/functional lead or key resource.
- Oversee, monitor, and maintain progress of program plans and governance to ensure delivery within agreed constraints.
- Assist clients with monitoring tasks and progress of client activities.
- Assess risks and issues by maintaining logs and contingency plans.
Requirements
- Detailed knowledge of Chart of Accounts, Account Reconciliation, Financial Consolidation and Close, General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Lease Accounting with configuration ability.
- Knowledge of Tax, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Financial Reporting is desirable.
- Strong understanding of best practices in R2R and Leasing business process deployment, including controls, dependencies, and application implementation design/configuration.
- Awareness of interactions and key data points across other Oracle applications and platform components (e.g., Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Projects).
- Full lifecycle experience of a minimum of Oracle R2R and Leasing implementations.
- Demonstrable experience in client stakeholder management.
- Ability to design and document the R2R and Leasing solution for business implementation.
- Experience in developing workstream plans for delivery.
- Experience in Integration and Data Migration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to oversee team members, lead internal and external resources, and manage team risks and issues.
- Lead workshops and meeting facilitation skills.
- Must be able to be SC cleared.
