About the Role

Join our Oracle Consulting services team as a leader in Oracle Cloud transformation. You will help clients leverage Oracle technology to build their digital enterprise, transform business functions, and achieve maximum value through Managed Cloud Services. You will play a key role in client engagements, support opportunity creation, and contribute to knowledge sharing and people development within a team recognized by Gartner and IDC MarketScape as a Leader.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of the Oracle Invoice to Cash (I2C) workstream on large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud transformation programmes.
  • Lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams across PwC, client, offshore and third-party delivery organisations.
  • Own the successful delivery of the Invoice to Cash workstream, providing leadership across solution design, governance, quality, scope, risks, and dependencies.
  • Act as the trusted advisor to client finance, technology and programme leadership teams to make key design decisions and resolve complex issues.
  • Lead solution design workshops, architecture reviews and design governance forums.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams across functional, technical, integration, data, security and reporting workstreams.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including discovery phases, solution demonstrations, RFP responses, proposal shaping and client presentations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing consulting teams across complex Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.
  • Detailed knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Receipt Accounting, Collections and Cash Management.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle General Ledger and the ability to configure these modules.
  • Strong understanding of best practices for deploying I2C business processes, considering controls, dependencies, application design and configuration options.
  • Awareness and understanding of the interactions across other Oracle applications and platform components.
  • Demonstrable ability to advise senior client stakeholders and explain complex solution concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud leading practices, quarterly release management, configuration principles, design governance and architectural controls.
  • Experience identifying and resolving complex design issues.
  • Awareness of Oracle’s latest innovation agenda, including automation, analytics, embedded AI and broader digital finance capabilities.
  • Experience contributing to sales and pre-sales activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading the design, documentation and delivery planning of Oracle I2C solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, challenge assumptions and align stakeholders.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including business, IT, technical, integration and third-party delivery partners.
  • Apply structured problem-solving to resolve functional, process and delivery issues.
  • Coordinate onshore, offshore, client and supplier teams across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and quality assurance to consultants.
  • Hold, or be working towards, relevant Oracle Cloud specialisms, accreditations or certifications.
  • SC clearance, or the ability to be SC cleared.
