About the Role

PwC's Oracle HCM team is seeking Oracle HCM technical consultants with specialist Fast Formula expertise to support complex Oracle Cloud transformation programmes, helping clients maximize the value of their Oracle Cloud investment through advisory, implementation, and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in delivering Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll transformation programmes through innovative technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formulas across Oracle HCM and Payroll modules.
• Conduct requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis workshops to understand client business needs.
• Support technical design, payroll testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Review own work for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders using structured, straightforward language.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the PwC network to deliver innovative Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Support post-go-live activities and resolve client issues.
• Use feedback and reflection to build self-awareness and develop technical expertise.

Requirements

• Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).
• Full lifecycle experience of at least one Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• Demonstrable experience in Formula design and development.
• Demonstrable experience in Payroll Configuration.
• Demonstrable experience in Payroll Testing and Validation.
• Demonstrable experience in Technical solutioning.
• Demonstrable experience in Troubleshooting and optimisation.
• Demonstrable experience in Requirements gathering.
• Demonstrable experience in Workshop delivery.
• Demonstrable experience in Testing and training.
• Demonstrable experience in Post go-live support.
• Experience delivering Oracle solutions within Government, Defence or Public Sector organisations.
• Experience operating on security-cleared programmes.
