About the Role
PwC’s Insurance Tax team is the UK market leader in providing tax services to the insurance sector. We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager to join our growing team, delivering a wide range of tax services to clients across the insurance market in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support a portfolio of Financial Services Insurance clients, leading on direct tax advisory and compliance matters while supporting Senior Manager and Directors
- Provide strategic solutions to complex insurance tax challenges, leveraging analytical skills and coordinating input from global specialists
- Drive client growth and business development, identifying new opportunities and strengthening relationships across the insurance market
- Lead and develop the team, through coaching, training, and supervision, while staying ahead of regulatory changes and building your PwC brand
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial services, with strong ability to deliver high-quality work and manage complex client portfolios and projects
- Excellent client relationship skills, confident in leading discussions with senior stakeholders and building trusted networks internally and externally
- Strong organisational and risk management capabilities, with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines while staying informed on industry trends
- Insurance direct tax experience would be helpful but is not essential, as long as you bring a solid foundation in financial services and a willingness to learn
