About the Role

PwC’s Oracle HCM team is seeking experienced Oracle Cloud HCM functional consultants to join their growing team at Senior Associate level. This role focuses on helping clients maximize their Oracle Cloud investment through advisory, implementation, and transformation programs, using Oracle Cloud HCM as a catalyst for broader business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Cloud HCM workstreams from discovery and design through build, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
• Analyze client requirements, document options, and translate business needs into practical Oracle HCM solutions.
• Support client workshops, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis across core HCM processes.
• Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules and support functional design, data, testing, and cutover activities.
• Prepare clear documentation, playback materials, and status updates for project teams and client stakeholders.
• Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance, escalating risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support testing cycles, defect resolution, training activity, and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with colleagues across PwC’s Oracle, Workforce Transformation, and wider Consulting teams.
• Use feedback and reflection to build self-awareness, develop strengths, and share knowledge.

Requirements

• Full lifecycle experience of at least one Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• Hands-on Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management functional experience.
• Comfortable contributing to delivery activities across design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance where required for client engagements.
• Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis.
• Demonstrable experience in functional configuration of Oracle HCM modules.
• Demonstrable experience in HCM process design and operating model support.
• Demonstrable experience in workshop preparation, facilitation support, and playback documentation.
• Demonstrable experience in test script preparation, test execution, and defect management.
• Demonstrable experience in training, knowledge transfer, and user adoption support.
• Demonstrable experience in post go-live support and continuous improvement of Oracle HCM solutions.
• Demonstrable experience in project documentation, status reporting, and structured stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality work.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and PwC colleagues.
• Ability to communicate Oracle HCM topics in a clear, structured, and business-focused way.
• Curiosity, practical problem-solving skills, and a strong focus on delivering measurable client value.
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to knowledge sharing.
