About the Role
PwC's Oracle HCM team is expanding and seeks experienced Oracle HCM technical specialists with extensive Fast Formula expertise and a proven track record of leading Oracle Cloud delivery programs. You will provide technical leadership across Fast Formula design, governance, and implementation for complex transformations.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical workstreams across Oracle HCM and Payroll implementation programs.
- Design and govern complex Fast Formula and Payroll solutions across Oracle HCM modules.
- Bring order to unstructured problems and deliver tangible value to clients.
- Lead technical workshops and advise clients on Oracle Payroll and Oracle HCM best practices.
- Review own work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
- Delegate tasks, coach junior consultants, and support their professional development.
- Support presales activities, solution demonstrations, proposals, and client pursuits.
- Lead or contribute to collaborative and diverse teams and help maintain an inclusive and high-performing culture.
- Use feedback and reflection to develop yourself and support the growth of others.
Requirements
- Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC) and NATO clearance.
- Full lifecycle experience of at least two Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Significant Fast Formula expertise.
