Responsibilities
- Prepare presentations (Power Point, financial book, hard copy, drafting documents)
- Support and participate in communication throughout the region
- Conduct research projects and compilation as needed
- Arrange and coordinate conference calls, region meetings, and training sessions
- Prepare and process expense reports, payables, credit card statements, and e-transfers
- Prepare and maintain regional staff/client/unit directory database
- Work with Compass payroll and maintain Manager Access to Personnel (MAP) to resolve payroll issues
- Assist with new unit openings and corporate branded programs as needed
- Participate in Be-A-Star as chairperson for the region
- Complete all daily, weekly, or monthly reports on a timely basis, meeting all prescribed deadlines
- Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the regional team
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Experience writing routine reports and correspondence
- Experience speaking effectively before groups of managers
- Experience calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Experience in applying concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Experience in operating a standard computer, including basic use of MS applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
