- 10+ years of experience working in a chief-of-staff, strategy & operations, strategic planning, business operations, program management, or internal communications capacity for senior leaders.
- Experience designing and running an operating cadence — decision forums, planning cadences, and intake and prioritization mechanisms — that improves operating models and keeps cross-functional work moving.
- Demonstrated experience with long-range planning and business reviews, with the ability to convert ambiguous executive priorities into structured, measurable plans and durable operating mechanisms.
- Experience planning and producing strategic offsites, leadership workshops, and team events end to end, including agenda design, content preparation, logistics, facilitation, and follow-up.
