About the Role

This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic Chemistry Lab at St. Peter's Health Partner's, a Magnet Hospital recognized as a leader in the Capital Region.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process a variety of patient specimens for reference lab submission.
  • Order patient tests.
  • Perform inventory and stocking.
  • Assist technicians with non-technical tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Attention to detail is a must.

Skills

  • Excellent People/Communication skills.
  • Computer skills preferred.
  • Medical terminology preferred.

Education Level

  • Some education in biology, chemistry, or lab sciences preferred.

Salary/Compensations

  • $17.85 - $22.20 per hour
