About the Role

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, managing schedules, budgets, materials, and communication to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Review project contracts, drawings, and specifications.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and internal departments.
  • Coordinate with field teams and internal departments to ensure quality, safety, and productivity.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and communicate issues quickly, and document resolutions.
  • Coordinate with purchasing to monitor and track key material orders and deliveries.
  • Prepare and track cost estimates, change orders, and invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and logs.
  • Monitor job costs against budget and forecast future costs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for general contractors and clients.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience in construction or a related trade.
  • Strong knowledge of POC accounting/revenue recognition.
  • Proven experience working for or with subcontractors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Foundation (or similar ERP), MS Project).
  • Must be able to visit job sites as needed.
