About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and polished Administrative Assistant & Scheduler to support one of TKO's most senior and high-impact C-Suite leaders. This role offers a front-row seat to the highest levels of a fast-moving, high-profile organization with real room for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the executive's office, setting the tone with professionalism, discretion, and executive presence.
  • Own a complex, ever-shifting calendar, anticipating conflicts and coordinating across time zones.
  • Proactively track internal and external obligations, flag priorities, and surface what the executive needs before they ask.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, offsites, and events, including meal arrangements and venue coordination.
  • Provide a select degree of personal assistant support as needs arise.
  • Take on special projects and administrative initiatives that make a real impact on how the office operates.

Requirements

  • Ideally ~1 year of hands-on Administrative Assistant or Executive Desk experience.
  • Prior C-Suite exposure is a strong plus.
  • Mastery of email and calendar management.
  • Deep fluency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • A calm, solutions-oriented mindset under pressure.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business judgment and situational awareness.
  • Laser-sharp attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
