About the Role
As a Delivery Manager for our Professional Services team covering UK, France & Benelux, you will lead and manage the successful implementation of Medius solutions for our clients. You will oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage a team of customer-facing professionals and collaborate closely with Sales to maximize deal wins and ensure delivery alignment. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives and operational improvements within the PS EMEA management team.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a diverse portfolio of clients primarily in UK, France & Benelux.
- Ensure consistent and successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations and company goals.
- Act as a sales-facing representative of the PS EMEA team.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs, develop tailored project plans, and support client acquisition.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and functional consultants responsible for delivering customer projects.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project and delivery management, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Strong portfolio management skills with experience handling multiple high-stakes projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience liaising with sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
