About the Role
Eminent Valet is seeking dedicated and motivated Valet Drivers to join their esteemed team. As a premier provider in Canada’s valet service industry, Eminent Valet has built a strong reputation for excellence in customer service and is one of the nation’s largest and most respected valet companies.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Confirm vehicle details and valet needs clearly and calmly
- Perform pre-acceptance vehicle inspections and report any visible damage
- Safely park, retrieve, and return vehicles in accordance with procedures
- Maintain secure key control and follow all ticketing protocols
- Follow Ramp Captain direction regarding ramp flow, vehicle priority, and coverage
- Report incidents, damage, or safety concerns immediately
- Support smooth ramp operations during peak periods and events
- Maintain a professional demeanor and service-focused attitude at all times
Requirements
- Must currently reside in Canada
- Must be 22 years of age or older for insurance purposes
- Skilled in both automatic and manual transmission
- Physically able to stand for extended periods
