About the Role
As a Production Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of coordinating production in a food manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the production of high-quality food products.
Responsibilities
- Supervise production in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Train and coach employees in production.
- Responsible for meeting shift production goals.
- Oversee quality control and make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications.
- Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
Requirements
- At least 6 months of Food Manufacturing experience.
- Commitment of 40 hours per work.
- The job operates in a manufacturing environment.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Regularly required to sit, talk, and hear.
- Occasionally required to stand and walk.
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
- Overall level of physical activity is moderate.
