About the Role
Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to spearhead high-growth initiatives, overseeing multiple capital improvement, plant expansion, and equipment installation projects from planning through completion. This role requires excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a background in industrial engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Direct the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent engineering, capital improvement, and facility expansion projects
- Work with the owner and plant teams to layout project goals, timelines, materials, and labor requirements
- Monitor project budgets and manage capital expenditures to eliminate cost overruns
- Ensure all engineering work, plant modifications, and equipment installations meet OSHA, DEC, and PNG codes
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience within an industrial, manufacturing, or chemical processing plant environment
- Strong working familiarity with PNG infrastructure, regulatory codes, and state/federal environmental compliance
- Proficient in engineering design software applications
- Highly organized
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to travel occasionally to regional sites for project oversight
