About the Role
The Trust Administrator is responsible for maintaining and developing client accounts, administering an account load for Financial Service clients, and performing according to the Bank’s core values to ensure optimum customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintains ongoing communication with assigned clients via telephone, email, and mail correspondence.
- Responds to account inquiries regarding statements, fees, income levels and cash needs.
- Ensures compliance with regulations and Bank policies and procedures as they pertain to financial services activities.
- Processes bills, evaluates cash balances, estimates taxes, and works with investment managers to raise capital for assigned client load.
- Schedules client meetings to review account performance, answer questions, and update client information.
- Processes account maintenance for all assigned clients.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent level of education and experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to time sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to work well independently and in groups.
- Working knowledge with Microsoft Office Programs; Excel and Word.
- Occasional travel to events; valid driver’s license required.
