About the Role
Seeking Role Players for scenario training exercises on September 10-16. Role Players will act as Opposing Force (OPFOR) and engage with various weapons systems, including those firing marking cartridges and blank ammunition. This role requires physical fitness, adherence to scripts, and comfort with simulated combat scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Stay on script for the scenario without adlibbing.
- Wear appropriate clothing and costuming.
- Operate various military weapons systems and fire marking cartridge weapons, paintball weapons systems, and blank ammunition after instruction.
- Act as Opposing Force (OPFOR).
- Be engaged with marking cartridge weapons.
- Be restrained/zip-tied for prolonged periods.
- Allow trainees to frisk and search while restrained.
- Stand and lay prone for extended periods with and without restraints.
- Participate in scenario training where you should expect to be shot at with non-lethal marking ammunition while wearing safety equipment.
Requirements
- Be 18 years or older.
- Be a US Citizen and can provide proof.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Be physically fit with no physical limitations or preexisting medical conditions that would preclude them from working in an austere environment and during the hours of darkness.
- Be familiar with basic weapons handling including safety.
- Be able to wear safety equipment consisting of a full-face helmet, throat guard, and groin guard.
