About the Role
North Six is seeking a part-time Experiential Production Intern for their New York office. This internship offers school credit or hourly pay and involves assisting with all aspects of experiential marketing productions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare production kits and supplies for events.
- Manage and organize invoices.
- Work on event credentials post-event and organize assets for website and social media.
- Create call notes for client and vendor calls.
- Assist producers and production managers with wrap reports.
- Work through pre-production and on-site documents with producers and production managers.
- Potentially book travel for the production team.
- Complete runs around Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.
- Assist with administrative duties, including answering phones, front desk coverage, and filing wrap books for accounting.
Requirements
- Experience working professionally in an office environment.
- Ability to take initiative and be dependable (e.g., run errands, prepare coffee, assist clients).
- Enthusiasm to assist with on-site events, including potential early mornings and late evenings.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and report to multiple producers in a timely manner.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to deal with changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude.
- Team player eager to learn.
- Passion for developing a career in fashion/beauty/luxury/lifestyle event production.
