About the Role

As the Messenger, you will orchestrate, optimize, and execute all aspects of our messenger operations while exemplifying unwavering dedication to superlative customer service. Your expertise in logistics and commitment to maintaining elevated service quality will drive our company's success in the messenger services realm.

Responsibilities

• Receive packages and parcels from outside messenger and vendors
• Scan barcode into package tracking software
• Receive signature upon delivery (chain-of-custody documentation) to tenants
• Ensure all deliveries are downloaded upon completion
• Responsible for ensuring all packages reach the designated floors and recipient
• Assist with escorting all external messengers to the designated floors for delivery
• Ensure all daily activities are executed according to Opensity Solutions Standard Operating Procedures
• Follow all Opensity Solutions policies, rules and guidelines
• Collect internal mail and parcels from various reception areas, sort mail, and transport it to main reception and other agreed locations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional demeanor with a corporate presence
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required

Work Type

• M-F 8 am to 5 pm
• No evenings or weekends
