About the Role

Manages a team of managers, senior professionals, and support staff, executing strategies to achieve functional objectives and deliver desired results. Develops departmental plans and oversees resource management to ensure optimal utilization of time, skills, and budgets for meeting performance targets. Builds and maintains long-term client relationships by serving as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor across integrated marketing, branding, media, communications, and customer experience initiatives. Acts as the primary client contact, leading cross-functional collaboration to deliver solutions aligned to client objectives and business outcomes. Oversees account performance, commercial stewardship, operational efficiency, resource coordination, and service delivery while ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and sustainable revenue growth.

Salary/Compensations

  • $100,000 - $140,000 annually
