About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to SME business owners, assessing their financial situations, diagnosing problems, and proposing solutions.
  • Build rapport and understand customer needs to deliver exceptional service and meet quality standards.
  • Support small business customers and protect investor returns by managing accounts with a focus on cash collection and aged debt clearance.
  • Minimize loan defaults.
  • Manage personal productivity and workload to achieve service levels.
  • Adopt a flexible approach to work and undertake ad hoc duties as required.
  • Comply with all appropriate regulatory and FCA guidelines.

Requirements

  • Customer facing experience (6+ months) within a Financial Services organisation.
  • Proven experience in consistently achieving targets, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Organized with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to use multiple systems concurrently.
  • Ability to empathize with borrowers and assist them in solving issues.
  • Motivated and deadline-driven individual.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining work quality.
  • Proactively identify ways to use Generative AI to streamline daily tasks and improve productivity.
  • Confident using approved AI tools safely and effectively.
