About the Role

This pivotal role supports the Santé Circle Health acquisition by leading the design, implementation, governance, and performance management of strategic provider partnerships. You will collaborate with various teams to drive provider integration, establish governance, and implement the provider strategy, focusing on performance measurement and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development, implementation, and documentation of end-to-end operating processes between Canada Life disability claims operations, Sante Circle Health, and external providers.
  • Ensure provider network operations align with internal policies, clinical standards, privacy requirements, regulatory obligations, and risk management frameworks.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison ensuring clarity of responsibilities, workflows, escalation processes, and service expectations.
  • Partner with Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders to support contract development, interpretation, and ongoing management of provider network agreements.
  • Identify operational risks, service gaps, and integration challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Disability Operations, Clinical Services, Finance, Technology, Legal, and external partners to embed processes into daily operations.
  • Establish operational standards and service-level expectations across all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the development of comprehensive training programs for leaders, case managers, clinical teams, and support functions.
  • Design and develop a comprehensive performance measurement framework to monitor provider network effectiveness.
  • Define and establish monitoring processes for key performance indicators (KPIs), service standards, quality measures, experience metrics, and clinical outcome indicators.
  • Use data analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks and make recommendations to improve processes, provider performance and claim outcomes.
  • Track benefits realization and provide recommendations to maximize return on investment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience with project management, data analysis, vendor relationships, outcomes measurement and program evaluation.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and implementing operational processes and governance frameworks.
  • Experience developing performance measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
  • Experience evaluating provider performance and service outcomes and translating findings into actionable recommendations for operational improvement.
  • Pro B cleared is a requirement.
