About the Role

Aveda and Bumble and bumble is seeking a passionate and creative Digital Designer to support the conception, design and execution of digital-first 360 campaigns, Ecommerce experiences and omnichannel programs. This role partners closely with Creative, Marketing, Ecommerce and Creative Operations teams to create engaging digital experiences that drive brand equity, consumer engagement and business growth. The Digital Designer will play a key role in defining and evolving the visual languages of both brands across global ecommerce, and retailer platforms while ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints. The position will also support the development and maintenance of digital design systems, component libraries, the application of UX and user-centered design principles through all digital channels and the scalable creative solutions that enable efficient content creation across both brands.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute digital-first creative for Ecommerce programs, campaign launches, product launches, promotional moments and salon network initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Marketing, Ecommerce, Creative Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives, define deliverables and execute impactful digital experiences.
  • Support the conception, creation and production of digital assets into multiple formats, including homepage takeovers, landing pages, site modules, emails, digital advertising, paid and organic social content, animations and other digital touchpoints.
  • Serve as a key contributor to the Ecommerce design ecosystem, helping to build, maintain and evolve Figma design systems, component libraries and reusable templates across both brands.
  • Apply UX and user-centered design principles to create intuitive, engaging and visually compelling experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Design responsive digital experiences that adhere to platform requirements, while maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence.
  • Create and optimize creative assets for retailer.com partners including Amazon, Sephora, Ulta and other strategic ecommerce channels.
  • Participate in creative briefings and project kickoffs, proactively identifying design needs, opportunities and solutions.
  • Create composited imagery, mockups and visual references to support campaign development, production and retouching workflows.
  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand standards, technical specs, accessibility considerations and global market requirements.
  • Stay informed on emerging digital design, Ecommerce, UX/UI and AI-enabled creative trends, bringing new ideas and best practices to the organization.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adapting to evolving business priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced digital design environment, preferably within beauty, luxury or fashion consumer brands
  • Strong graphic design foundation with experience in concept development, digital design and visual storytelling
  • Demonstrated experience designing ecommerce experiences, digital campaigns, web content and mobile-first creative
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design and digital best practices
  • Proficiency working within Figma, including design systems, component libraries, templates and collaborative workflows
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience creating assets for retailer.com environments, such as Amazon, Sephora, Ulta
  • Ability to translate a design system into scalable creative assets across multiple channels and formats
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Problem solver and collaborative team player with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
