About the Role

This role involves a consultative sales approach to guide customers, a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility, and community engagement through events, online orders, and outbound calls. Schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through their options using a consultative sales approach.
• Engage with the community through events.
• Fulfill online orders.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving technology.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Flexibility and openness to change are beneficial.
• Must be available to work between 9am-9pm, including weekends.

• $14.42 - $17.12 Starting + commissions
• Up to $62,460 per year with uncapped commission
