About the Role
Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a Staff Nurse for their Outpatients team at their main hospital. This role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a new, high-acuity environment with the latest equipment.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for individualised patient care, collaborating with all caregivers.
- Document concise, accurate, and clearly written patient records.
- Facilitate patient flow, communication, and problem-solving for efficient department operation.
- Prioritise tasks effectively, including the workload of others such as learners and Healthcare Assistants.
- Carry out nursing care to the highest standard according to CCL Policy and Clinical Guidelines, in line with NMC requirements.
Requirements
- Nursing Bachelor’s Degree.
- Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) with no restrictions.
- Demonstrable broad clinical experience in the acute care field.
- Track record of achievement of objectives in present and past clinical jobs.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with the multi-disciplinary team.
- Role may be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
