About the Role

Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a Staff Nurse for their Outpatients team at their main hospital. This role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a new, high-acuity environment with the latest equipment.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for individualised patient care, collaborating with all caregivers.
• Document concise, accurate, and clearly written patient records.
• Facilitate patient flow, communication, and problem-solving for efficient department operation.
• Prioritise tasks effectively, including the workload of others such as learners and Healthcare Assistants.
• Carry out nursing care to the highest standard according to CCL Policy and Clinical Guidelines, in line with NMC requirements.

Requirements

• Nursing Bachelor’s Degree.
• Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) with no restrictions.
• Demonstrable broad clinical experience in the acute care field.
• Track record of achievement of objectives in present and past clinical jobs.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with the multi-disciplinary team.
• Role may be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
