About the Role
As an Account Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned sites, ensuring compliance with safety and customer service standards while managing client relationships and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety and customer service standards.
- Manage client relationships and address complaints promptly.
- Handle personnel issues for cleaning staff, including scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned accounts and sites.
- Respond to business needs, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Be available 24/7 for emergencies or client needs.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of supervisory or customer/account management experience.
- Subject matter expertise in commercial cleaning tasks.
- Valid driver's license in good standing.
- Strong customer service skills for a client-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ambitious, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead a team and foster collaboration.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to learn the cleaning industry.
