About the Role
The Global Product Manager drives the growth and delivery of global commercial card programs for multinational clients. This individual acts as a subject matter expert and solution translator, collaborating with various teams to deliver competitive and operationally sound client-ready solutions. The role is highly collaborative and client-facing, focusing on complex RFPs, executive presentations, and global deal support, requiring strong business acumen and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Support global corporate payment sales & RFPs by gathering inputs, validating product capabilities, and developing accurate responses.
- Translate product capabilities into clear, actionable client solutions.
- Build and deliver executive-level presentations for global prospects and clients.
- Collaborate with sales, implementation, credit, legal, and risk teams to align on solution design and execution.
- Coordinate inputs, dependencies, and feasibility considerations across global implementations.
- Structure solutions that balance client needs, product capabilities, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain current and aligned global RFP databases, product collateral, and client materials.
Requirements
- Experience supporting external and internal clients, ideally in financial services or payments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage across senior audiences.
- Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
- Comfort navigating product systems, data, and integration concepts to support client discussions and solution design.
- Experience with global commercial card programs or payment solutions.
- Exposure to multinational client environments.
- Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and implementation processes.
- Second language proficiency is a plus.
