  • Oversee the infrastructure portfolio of milestones and contribute to business rhythms (quarterly/annual planning, biweekly portfolio reporting, monthly/quarterly business reviews).
  • Maintain program and project documentation, run key meetings, and ensure stakeholders are kept informed of progress and changes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, helping stakeholders align on solutions and decision-making across time zones and complex stakeholder groups.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated project/program management experience, including Agile practices and strong process skills and techniques.
  • Prior experience supporting or working with a data center environment.
  • Proven ability to assist subject matter experts in defining requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Strong skills in tracking schedules, risks, issues, and mitigation plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical partners, explaining rationale, solutions, and methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of functional technical information (e.g., user flows, technical system design, and workflows).
  • Experience seeking and synthesizing complex information to ensure accurate understanding and decision-making.
  • Experience driving large-scale infrastructure or data center transformation programs with complex scope, stakeholder landscapes, and global time zones.
  • Proven track record of improving processes and efficiency within program or portfolio management.
  • Experience contributing to or leading portfolio-level planning and reporting (e.g., QBRs, annual planning, executive reviews).
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate communication needs and support creation of technical communication materials (policies, guidelines, presentations, executive messages).
