About the Role

This is a temporary, one-month part-time Office Intern position offering hands-on experience in a professional environment. The intern will support the team with various administrative and office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Coordinators with basic administrative and office tasks.
• Organize and maintain training records, files, and documentation.
• Contact field technicians to confirm current training and certifications.
• Follow up with technicians regarding missing or expired training documents.
• Collect, file, and organize training certificates and related records.
• Update spreadsheets and tracking logs with training information.
• Help prepare simple reports and documents.
• Monitor shared email inboxes and forward messages.
• Support the team with general office organization and filing.
• Complete other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
