About the Role
Bellwood is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to own and execute marketing programs, including content creation, channel management, paid advertising, and website optimization, to generate qualified pipeline and directly support revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Produce, edit, and publish blog and pillar content against the SEO cluster strategy.
- Manage the publishing calendar, prioritizing and shipping high-leverage content.
- Write in Bellwood's brand voice (caring, committed, curious).
- Create supporting graphics for content distribution using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
- Own technical and on-page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
- Make site changes in WordPress, including landing pages, copy updates, and design edits.
- Build and optimize key conversion pages.
- Manage business listings and local/GEO presence to improve discoverability.
- Monitor organic performance and optimize pages for search and conversion.
- Run paid programs across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels within budget.
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns targeted to ideal customer profiles.
- Track and report cost-per-click and cost-per-qualified-lead by channel.
- Partner with the Head of Revenue on quarterly budget recalibration.
- Maintain marketing performance reporting.
- Report results in revenue terms, focusing on qualified leads generated and pipeline influenced.
- Proactively surface what is working and what is not.
- Ensure marketing activity is connected to the CRM and marketing automation platform (HubSpot).
- Support conference and event presence, including logistics, follow-up, and lead capture.
- Execute brand-awareness efforts across local events and LinkedIn.
- Maintain a consistent, professional, and on-message external presence for Bellwood.
Requirements
- 4–7 years in B2B marketing execution, ideally in a technology/software-services environment.
- Performance-marketing orientation with a focus on leads, pipeline, and revenue generated.
- Full-stack generalist with hands-on experience in content, SEO, paid media, and web execution.
- Hands-on SEO competence, either executing directly or knowingly directing SEO efforts.
- Ownership mentality, committed to achieving outcomes.
- Proactive communication regarding status, results, and roadblocks.
- Analytical rigor with comfort in metrics, dashboards, and attribution for data-driven decision making.
- Execution discipline, prioritizing work, shipping consistently, and managing multiple workstreams.
- Brand sensibility, producing and editing content that aligns with Bellwood's voice and target buyer.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and WordPress.
- Ability to independently manage marketing operations technologies.
- Comfortable making and managing site changes in WordPress.
