About the Role

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Buffalo Airport is seeking Room Attendants to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and suites, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service.
• Clean floors, vacuum, change linens, make beds, and clean bathrooms.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Work typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Can lift, carry up to 25 lbs.
• Engaging personality.
