About the Role

Join our team as a Pediatric Physical Therapist and make a difference in the lives of children with special needs. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for both fee-for-service and full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Current New York State Physical Therapy License
• Bilingual is a plus
