About the Role

The Senior Product Manager at DISCO drives product success by defining the roadmap, gathering requirements, and collaborating with teams to deliver innovative products. They leverage customer needs, market trends, and business goals to guide product development and launch, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and synthesizes market research and gathers customer feedback to identify and define product requirements and user stories.
• Develops an understanding of DISCO’s customers and their needs.
• Works closely with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless execution of product development efforts.
• Works with designers to shape and iterate potential solution opportunities.
• Works with engineering to break down work into user stories and acceptance criteria, defining feature scopes.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that deliver maximum value to customers.
• Oversees the successful launch of new products and features, coordinating with marketing, professional services, and sales teams to drive adoption and success.
• Gathers feedback from early customers to validate the value of new releases.
• Develops and communicates the product strategy for assigned product areas in collaboration with product leadership, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products to market.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product decisions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Understanding of engineering, design, and research methodologies.
• Experience in technology-driven companies or startups.
• Experience working on B2B software.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
