About the Role

ATC Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at NYCCC in Bronx, NY. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care and help patients reach their communication and swallowing goals.

Responsibilities

Provide patient evaluations, treatment planning, speech therapy, and consultation to staff.
Complete documentation of evaluations and therapy per Uniform Case Record and NYCCC policies.
Integrate readily into the treatment team and interact with staff at all levels.
Complete HIPAA/HITECH and other mandated training.
Visibly wear Facility issued badge and identification during work schedule.

Requirements

Valid license to practice in the State of New York.
Direct clinical experience working with children/adolescents.
Must be certified as a TSSH or TSSLD for the State of New York.
Must be a NYS teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped.
