About the Role
BAYADA is seeking experienced RNs to deliver high-acuity, one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes across Rockland County and Orange County. As a Critical Care Nurse, you'll take on varied assignments supporting new case starts, urgent callouts, and complex care needs. This role is for RNs who are skilled, adaptable, and driven by purpose.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-acuity care to adult and pediatric clients
- Support new case openings and emergency coverage needs
- Precept and mentor new nurses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Educate and support families and caregivers
- Represent BAYADA with professionalism, compassion, and clinical excellence
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of New York
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- 1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
- Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric clients
- Willingness to travel to Rockland County and Orange County
- Strong clinical skills, flexibility, and a proactive mindset
