About the Role

As a part-time Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations. You may occasionally work with other companies' products in the stores you service.

Responsibilities

Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
Communicate with supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys for required merchandising activities.
Interact professionally and courteously with store employees, management, and customers.
Manage the entire Hallmark product display at assigned stores.
Provide additional support and extended hours during holiday seasons (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
Participate in department resets, including installations, building fixtures, relocating products, and resetting card sections.
Support other team members in their territories as needed.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Able to read, write, and understand English.
Able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Employment is contingent upon signing the Employment Agreement, agreeing to arbitration, completing Form I-9, and passing a pre-employment background check.
