About the Role

WWAARC has multiple Residential Manager positions available throughout WARREN & WASHINGTON COUNTIES. The Residential Manager will manage one or two residential groups home located in either Warren or Washington Counties. The position is responsible for the overall well-being of the adults with developmental disabilities whose home they are managing, including all physical aspects of the home and maintaining a welcoming environment where people's everyday needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the residential group home operates efficiently and effectively while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee the overall well-being of adults with developmental disabilities.
  • Manage all physical aspects of the home.
  • Maintain a welcoming home environment where people's everyday needs are met, including medical, recreation, and socialization.

Requirements

  • Must secure and maintain all required certifications and trainings.
  • Must have a driver's license that meets WWAARC insurability standards.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding the people we support and agency information.
  • Must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A completed WWAARC application is required.

Experience Level

  • 1 year as a supervisor (with bachelor's degree)
  • 3 years as supervisor (with associate degree)
  • 5 years as a supervisor (with High School Diploma/equivalent)

Education Level

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Associate degree
  • High School Diploma/equivalent

Salary/Compensations

  • $24.00 per hour
  • $0.50/hour longevity increase after 1 year of service
