About the Role

As a Wholesale Account Manager, you will play a key role in delivering LYMA’s global retail strategy. You will manage day-to-day relationships with retail partners, ensure smooth in-store operations, and help drive sales performance across LYMA’s physical retail network. You will act as the main point of contact for wholesale & retail partners, working collaboratively to deliver an exceptional customer experience, strong brand presence, and consistent commercial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with retail partners and store teams.
  • Ensure all retail accounts operate effectively, aligned with LYMA’s brand standards and commercial objectives.
  • Support new store launches, visual merchandising, and in-store activation plans.
  • Monitor account performance, reporting on sales, stock levels, and key KPIs.
  • Identify and troubleshoot operational challenges to maintain excellence in execution.
  • Support sales growth across all retail accounts through proactive management and relationship building.
  • Track sales data, analyse performance trends, and prepare reports for the Global Head of Retail.
  • Contribute to the delivery of retail sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Partner with the Global Head of Retails to develop and implement retail improvement plans.
  • Champion the LYMA customer experience across all retail touchpoints.
  • Ensure that brand guidelines, visual merchandising standards, and service levels are consistently met.
  • Gather and share customer and partner feedback to inform retail strategy and improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Training teams to deliver retail initiatives.
  • Coordinate the rollout of promotional campaigns and new product launches in stores.
  • Support internal reporting, presentations, and project tracking for the retail division.
  • Stay informed about retail trends and competitor activity.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to retail operations and account management processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail account management, store operations, or partner management.
  • Experience within the premium, luxury, or beauty sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to analyse sales and performance data.
  • Experience working with international retail accounts or distributors is a plus.

  • Hybrid working pattern with 4 days in office, 1 day working remotely per week
