About the Role
The Continental Automotive Group is seeking Service Technicians and Technician Apprentices to join their rapidly growing, family-operated company. This role offers advancement opportunities, paid training, and the chance to serve customers in a promising career path.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly inspect vehicles for proper reconditioning so they may be retailed.
- Perform basic maintenance and vehicle repair needs.
- Work well with team members and advisors.
- Diagnose concerns pertaining to drivetrain, electrical, suspension, and brakes.
- Maintain a clean workspace.
- Work on a computer and learn new programs.
- Utilize own tools; specialty tools will be provided.
Requirements
- State Inspection Certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience servicing and repairing various makes and model vehicles.
- Comfortable diagnosing different types of vehicles.
- Experience with a business or industry that prioritizes superior customer experience.
- Able to work with multiple product lines.
- Knowledge with aftermarket parts/vendors to complete a repair.
- Maintain a positive mindset and self-motivation.
- Team-player with good communication skills, including active listening.
- Held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year with a clean driving record.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen.

Work Type
- Full Time
- 40 hours per week
- Overtime may be available or required
- Multiple shifts available
- Shifts vary between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Must be able to work Saturdays on rotation
Experience Level
- Minimum 2 years of experience
Education Level
- Formal relevant training from automotive tech and/or factory automotive training programs preferred.
Salary/Compensations
- $25.00 - $35.00 flat rate based on experience, ASE certifications, and production
