About the Role
As an Executive Director at Sunrise Senior Living, you will lead all aspects of community operations, driving financial performance, team engagement, resident well-being, and regulatory compliance while ensuring an exceptional resident and family experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance
- Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning
- Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goals
- Recruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing leadership and team members
- Deliver exceptional resident and family experience through service excellence
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards
- Partner with Sales to advance leads and maximize move-ins
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and local referral sources
- Lead team engagement, culture and performance management
Requirements
- Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience
- Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performance
- Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills
- Experience leading teams and managing performance
- Sales and customer relationship experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
- Passion for serving seniors and leading high-performing teams

- 121,576.00 - 173,992.00
