About the Role
The Restructuring Advisory (RA) practice is seeking to enhance its digital capabilities through AI adoption and digital transformation. This role will lead and deliver internal digital initiatives to improve efficiency, standardize processes, and elevate client experience within the RA practice. You will be part of the wider Consulting Digital Team (CDT), acting as the digital hub for consulting operations and transforming data into actionable business intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the RA digital roadmap in collaboration with RA Leadership, prioritizing and delivering projects for workflow automation, reporting streamlining, and data quality improvement.
- Design and implement internal platforms, dashboards, and self-service tools for RA teams and leadership.
- Support the continuous upskilling of staff in digital skills (AI, analytics) and the use of digital tools.
- Introduce AI-enabled document and process automation to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround times within the RA practice, ensuring compliance with firm policies and UK data regulations.
- Act as a change champion alongside RA Leadership, engaging stakeholders, managing adoption, and measuring impact.
- Serve as the key liaison between the RA Digital transformation program and wider RSM digital transformation efforts, ensuring RA adopts best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital transformation or process improvement, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full project lifecycles from scoping and planning through to delivery and final reporting.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to conceptualize future target operating models integrating people, process, and technology.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to lead and deliver cross-functional projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
Skills
- Proficiency in Python (preferred) and/or other programming languages (e.g., SQL, DAX, R).
- Ability to build, automate, and maintain robust data models and analytics workflows.
- Experience using Alteryx and/or Microsoft Power BI preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools and governance frameworks.
- Experience in Copilot studio, Azure foundry desirable.
- Experience in restructuring or a transaction services environment is desirable but not essential.
- Experience working with Turnkey IPS insolvency software would be valuable but not essential.
