About the Role
As an Implementations Associate, you will perform the hands-on work to get new customers live on Numeric. This includes configuring their workspace, connecting their ERP and subledgers, running trainings, and managing the project to completion. This role is an entry point into the post-sales team, designed for accountants who want to transition from closing books to building the systems that facilitate closing.
Responsibilities
- Configure customer workspaces using AI-assisted configuration.
- Connect and validate data, including ERP and sub-ledger integrations.
- Troubleshoot integration issues such as token and permissioning errors.
- Deliver onboarding sessions and live reconciliation walkthroughs.
- Manage workstreams, track customer progress, and manage expectations.
- Escalate product blockers to Engineering and Product teams with clear context.
- Build Knowledge Base articles, templates, and train AI agents to improve implementation efficiency.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of accounting experience with fluency in monthly close and reconciliations.
- Ability to learn software quickly and work precisely with data.
- Customer-centric mindset to ensure a positive implementation experience.
- Strong communication skills to explain configuration decisions.
- Effective problem-solving skills to debug reconciliation methods.
- Bias for action and collaboration, owning workstreams end-to-end.
- Willingness to escalate issues when necessary.
