About the Role
The Hourly Supervisor is responsible for improving the profitability of Operations by ensuring the highest level of customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency while driving sales and controlling costs.
Responsibilities
- Controls labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels and driving efficiency.
- Retains control of production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to all standards of operation.
- Audits service and quality on a regular basis.
- Adheres to all standards and established tracking procedures daily.
- Develops and implements strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Supervises teamwork and service on a regular basis.
- Supervises day-to-day employee issues professionally while adhering to all Aramark policies and procedures.
- Supports and implements training programs that develop skills to better serve guests, build repeat business, grow revenue, and improve morale.
- Assists in annual employee reviews and supervises interim performance issues.
- Ensures accurate adherence to Aramark's time and attendance procedures.
- Ensures staffing levels are consistent with established guidelines and makes daily adjustments based on business needs.
- Ensures all employees are trained according to company standards for safety, health, and sanitation procedures.
Requirements
- Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Current Certifications as needed.
- This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing.
- This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Salary/Compensations
- $31.00 to $33.00
