About the Role

Provides fast, friendly, helpful and efficient service to all customers. Assists in training, scheduling, and inventory control within the food court operation to promote optimal sales. Oversees staff and ensures adherence to sanitation regulations. May assist with cooking large quantities of food and possesses a formal knowledge of recipes and cooking styles.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service.
• Smile, make eye contact, and thank customers upon fulfilling requests.
• Engage in sampling and suggestive selling; thank customers at the end of each transaction.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S standards.
• Assist with overseeing the day-to-day operation of the food court, including training, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Assist with preparing and cooking mass quantities of food for finishing cooks according to required quantities.
• Ensure associates adhere to all company and state policies and procedures regarding sanitation.
• Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures.
• Maintain Cold case logs, hot food logs, and cooling logs consistent with store policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.
• Satisfactory performance reviews.
• Strong communication skills.
